Chris Deuchar is a Founding Partner and the Managing Member of Form Partners LLC and U.S. Pacific Development LLC. Chris is responsible for directing and overseeing all of Form Partners' and U.S. Pacific Development's activities including business development, strategic/project oversight, management, and execution. As Managing Member of U.S. Pacific Development and Form Partners Chris has been responsible for directing and overseeing in excess of $925 million in development projects in the state of Hawaii.
Chris began his career as a Retail Commercial Broker with Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on the development and redevelopment of neighborhood shopping centers.

Principal, Managing Member
Duff Janus is a Founding Partner of Form Partners. Duff is responsible for overseeing property/market analysis and operational management. Prior to founding Form Partners, Duff joined U.S. Pacific Development LLC (USPD) in 2004 as a Project Manager and in 2008 became a Senior Development Manager for all of USPD projects. Duff managed several projects including the Royal Palms at Poipu Beach, a 164-unit resort residential project on the island of Kauai, and The Vanguard Lofts, a mixed-use residential loft / highline auto showroom in downtown Honolulu. Duff also oversees the management of U.S. Pacific Development LLC's portfolio of apartment units.
Prior to joining U.S. Pacific Development LLC, Duff was Principal in Empire Parking, a long-term off airport parking company in Burbank, California. Duff began his career as a Financial Analyst at Construction Management & Development, Inc. (CM&D) in Honolulu.

William R. "Bill" Deuchar is a Partner of U.S. Pacific Development LLC and an advisor to Form Partners LLC. Bill's responsibilities include advising with overall company strategy, directing construction design, value engineering and cost review, as well as consulting in all aspects of company business.
In 1974 Bill began his career as a Field Engineer for Charles Pankow and Associates. In 1989, Bill formed U.S. Pacific Construction, Inc./U.S. Pacific Builders, Inc. which combined grew to be one of the top 5 General Contracting companies in the State of Hawaii. In 2005 Bill sold U.S. Pacific Construction to The Ledcor Group of Companies, the second largest contractor in Canada. Over his career Bill has built in excess of $1.5 Billion of commercial and residential real estate as either the general contractor and/or the developer.
Bill has also been the Managing Member/Partner of several high profile development projects in Hawaii including The Windsor, the conversion of the 44-story Outrigger Hobron Hotel from 612-hotel rooms to 180-condominiums. In addition, Bill was the Senior Project Director of the Hyatt Regency Waikoloa Resort on behalf of the project's owners (Pritzker Family, Bass/Boeddekker, Kumagai Gumi, Chris Hemmeter). The $360 million, 1,244-room luxury resort project was at the time the largest development project in the world.
A graduate of Oregon State University, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
Bill is on the Board of Directors of Le Jardin Academy in Kailua, Hawaii.

Larry J. Hansen is a Partner of U.S. Pacific Development LLC and an advisor to Form Partners LLC. Larry is responsible for the coordination of financial and legal matters, including partnership agreements, financing negotiations, project financial analysis, and project tax considerations.
In 1965, Larry began his career as an accountant with Texaco, Inc. in New York, New York. After Texaco, Larry spent ten years with Boise Cascade Corporation, eight of which were in the real estate division, which lead to his transfer to the Transcontinental Corporation with their acquisition of the remaining Boise Cascade Home and Land Corporation real estate portfolio in 1977.
Between 1977 and 1987 Larry was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transcontinental while they participated in the acquisition and development of the Botaba Realty Company (Aetna Diversified Properties' then remaining real estate inventory, excluding Ponderosa Homes), Harbor Bay Isle (partnership with substantial land holdings in Alameda, California), Lake Las Vegas (Nevada), Lake Arrowhead (California), and the Waikoloa Resort on Hawaii's Kohala Coast which included the Hyatt Regency Waikoloa ($360 million, 1,244-room luxury resort project which at the time was the largest development project in the world).
Since 1987 Larry has been principal, partner, investor and consultant in the development of over 2,000 residential units and an industrial/office park in the Nevada and Hawaii markets.
Larry graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Administration.
